Spencer Rogers better known as ‘Thee Madd Drummer, is one of the most captivating and exciting drummers that you will ever experience. Besides being a drummer, he has worked in the music and entertainment industry as a Music Director & Arranger, Music Producer, Artist Development Coach, and is currently the founder & CEO of Evolution Records & Entertainment Label. Through the years, Spencer has constantly studied to expand his knowledge and skills in the music industry and as a musician. Because of his professionalism, talent, and flexibility as a drummer, he has been able to perform with and for local, national, and international artist such as Jon B, Talib kwali, Sonny Patterson, Kem, Anthony David, Richard Smallwood, Tasha Page Lockheart, and Kirk Franklin. Spencer has also had the privilege to work as a drum technician for some notable industry drummers such as Queen Cora Colman (drummer for Beyonce and Prince), Mike Moore (Kid Cuddi and Diddy’s Making the Band), Gerald Heyward (Mary J.
